Konvergence Consulting was established in 2001 by Konrad Thomasson to assist clients in the design, development and continuous improvement of customer focused face to face environments.
In 2006 Konrad and Paul Purcell established Konvergence Consulting (UK) Ltd to expand the scope of the consultancy to include the performance of all types of workspaces, both customer facing and non customer facing.
Our core methodology is to put the Customer at the heart of any change process.
It is our philosophy that real sustainable change within an organisation is best achieved by targeted projects which are cost effective, easy to understand and manage, and which create a rippling effect of change supporting the principles of transformation.
